We are currently looking for staff to work on the Golf shop counter, Spike Bar and Restaurant Bar. Full time position working 5 days including weekends.
Part time Bar staff required to work at weekends.
We require a supervisor to join the team. You would be working with our duty Manager for functions and large events or on your own for smaller events and lunch or dinner service. For this position we would expect someone with some experience in a similar role.
Waiters to work in the Restaurant, no experience necessary, Friday & Saturday nights 7-11pm and Sunday 12-4pm. 16 year old minimum.
A third in line Chef is required to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the kitchen. You would be in charge of a section and step up to cover in the absence of the Senior Chefs. This position requires relevant qualifications which the applicant will be required to produce proof of. Full time 35 - 50 hours per week plus tips.
Salary depending on experience.
