We have two dedicated conference rooms, the Hampton Boardroom which has a large boardroom table and can can accommodate 16 on large leather chairs or up to 24 people with smaller dining chairs. Boardroom style pictured set for 16.
We also have the Ryton End Suite which is slightly larger than the Boardroom and will allow up to 60 Theatre style or can be laid out in classroom or cabaret style.
For larger conferences, exhibitions and formal dinners for up to 200 people, in the Restaurant we can accommodate 50 people Boardroom, 150 Theatre style, or 100 Classroom style.
Located just 5 Minutes from the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham International Airport & Birmingham International Railway station, Junction 6 of the M42 and Junction 4 of the M6 we are ideally located for Regional and National Conferences. Although we do not offer Accommodation here, there are many Guest houses, Lodges & Hotels within a few minutes of the club. The close proximity of the NEC. offers an additional 2000 bedrooms.

Day delegate rate £20.00 - coffee & tea on arrival, sandwich & chips lunch, flipchart & pens.
Upgraded Day delegate rate of £30.00 - unlimited coffee & tea, buffet lunch or hot 2 course lunch (main & dessert from red menu).
