If you’re looking for a conference room in Solihull, Coventry or Birmingham, we offer a choice of three rooms.  The Hampton Boardroom and the Ryton End Suite or the Restaurant for larger events. These can be used for various functions depending on your requirements.


Our current rates for conferences on a day delegate rate start at £20 + VAT, including tea and coffee on arrival, a lunch of sandwiches and chips, and a flipchart and pens. To upgrade this, for £30 + VAT we will provide unlimited tea and coffee, and a choice of either a buffet lunch or a hot two-course lunch.


The Hampton Boardroom consists of a large boardroom table, with up to 16 large leather chairs. With alternative chairs it can accommodate a total of 24 people for a round table meeting or private dining.

The room benefits from views of the lake and is accessed from the Annexe.  The Ryton End suite is located next door, convenient for when two rooms are required.


The Ryton End is slightly larger, and is more flexible so can be laid out in any format.

This room is also regularly used as for civil cermony ‘s.


The Restaurant can also be used for conferences, but also exhibitions, corporate golf events, weddings and private parties.

We can seat 180 guests in the Restaurant, with an additional 40 in the Annexe, this still leaves the large central dancefloor and stage for post meal entertainment.
